Case studies

Sales team at work
Sales team
Sales volume up 23%

Mistakes on real clients mean lost deals and lower checks.

G-trainer drills reps on AI clients until their selling skills are sharp.

Call center agent on the line
Call center
Agent ramp-up time cut from 3 months to 4 weeks

Every mistake with a live caller is a complaint, an escalation and a dented NPS.

G-trainer runs agents against AI callers — irritated, rushed — until the script and objection handling become automatic.

Doctor consulting a patient
Clinic
Treatment plan acceptance up 13%

A patient leaves "to think it over" when the doctor fails to handle anxiety and price — a lost treatment and lost trust.

G-trainer rehearses conversations with an "anxious" or "bargaining" AI patient until the doctor can close the booking without pressure.

One-on-one conversation between a manager and an employee
HR team
Managers no longer fear difficult conversations

Feedback, rejection, conflict, dismissal — where a manager fumbles with a real employee, resentment, burnout and resignations pile up.

G-trainer rehearses these conversations with an AI employee — argumentative, hurt, demotivated — until the skill is honed.

Frequently asked questions

The Simulator is a safe environment where an employee holds a live voice conversation with an AI counterpart in real time. You pick the AI persona you want to practice with and speak out loud right away, just like on a real call or meeting. The AI plays a client, a caller, a candidate or a patient, reacts to what you say and carries the dialogue through to the end. After every session you get a breakdown: what worked, where you lost the counterpart, what to improve. No lectures or checkbox tests — only real speaking practice, repeated as many times as you need.

No, the AI does not follow a pre-written scenario. It responds dynamically to what and how you say things: it asks counter-questions, bargains, doubts, raises objections and loses interest if you let it slip away. The difficulty and character are configurable: an irritated client, a meticulous procurement manager, an anxious patient or someone who is "just looking". These are exactly the tough conversations that show up once in a few days on real traffic — here you can drill them back to back.

The Simulator works wherever the outcome depends on a conversation: sales and negotiations, call centers and support, doctor consultations, interviews and difficult feedback in HR. Scenarios are tailored to your specifics: your product, scripts, typical objections and company standards, so employees practice on your real situations rather than abstract cases. The same skill (objection handling, keeping the initiative, driving to the target action) can be practiced across different roles and contexts.

You get your evaluation right after the session — no need to wait for a mentor. The Simulator reviews the conversation against criteria set by the team lead — following the structure, handling objections, keeping the initiative, driving to the result — and highlights the exact moments where the conversation went wrong. Feedback is objective and identical for everyone: each employee is scored against the same standard, not the subjective opinion of a particular trainer on a particular day. Progress is visible over time, both to the employee and to the team lead.

Three things neither a coach nor "live" calls can give. First — unlimited repetitions: the AI is always available, you can run a tough conversation ten times in a row instead of waiting for a rare slot with a mentor. Second — mistakes are free: a botched dialogue with AI costs nothing, while a mistake with a real client is a lost deal, a complaint or lost trust. Third — a single standard: a coach gets tired, scores inconsistently and does not scale to a hundred people, while the Simulator keeps the same quality of practice and feedback for the whole team at once.

Training sessions are private and protected. This is practice with an AI counterpart, not recording of conversations with real clients — the employee knows in advance they are training, so there are none of the legal and ethical issues of monitoring live calls. Data is stored encrypted, never shared or sold to third parties, and your conversations are not used to train third-party models. Only the people you grant access can see the team's results. Fully compliant with Russian data protection law (152-FZ).

The easiest way to start is a demo: we show the Simulator on your scenarios and pick a configuration for your team's tasks — sales, support, HR or customer service. The price depends on the number of employees and the set of scenarios. There are options from a small team up to a whole company. Leave a request — we will show the product in action and suggest a format for your scale.
